The U.S. Assisted Project for the Central African Region (USAPCAR) is a self-governing agency of the U.S. Government created by Congress to fund grassroots organizations, entrepreneurs, and small to medium-sized businesses in Central Africa.
The initiatives supported by USAPCAR aim to foster local economic growth by boosting income, generating revenue, creating jobs, and opening avenues for prosperity among disadvantaged populations and underserved communities.
